I like to start off with a 30-minute virtual call or an hour in-person meet to get to know you as a person and explore what we are creating together. I will also share a little about me so the conversation is not one-sided.

This chat will also be an opportunity to discuss your budget, deadlines, expectations and answer any questions that come up for us both.

You’ve got options here! Whichever you do based on your time capacity, you get to bring your creative self as much as you can.

Before I begin designing, I do my research while also having in mind your visual assessment or vision board.

While I am on the hunt for all the nitty-gritty details, I will have you fill out some of the other pieces I may need on a collaborative document.

I will keep us on track with scheduling touchpoints and reviews, receiving your feedback and integrating those feedbacks in a timely manner. One thing you can be sure of is that you will be intimately involved in the creation process all the way!

After the launch, I want you to fly and totally own your website. I will forward you all the details you need to navigate your website’s dashboard, settings, make basic customizations and updates as needed.

Added bonus: I can support you beyond launch on a retainer to do your website maintenance/updates (you just have to ask!).
